Before your first pet-sitting visit, Walkabout offers a complimentary meet and greet in the comfort of your home. This is a chance for us to meet you and your pets, learn about their personalities and routines, and make sure we’re the right fit for one another.
During our visit, we’ll go over everything your pet needs while you’re away, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, potty routines, special instructions, and any quirks or preferences we should know about. We’ll also review your home access, security information, and where important pet supplies are located.
Most importantly, this gives your pets a chance to meet their sitter before you leave, helping them feel more comfortable and confident when it’s time for their visits.
There’s no charge and no obligation to book. Our goal is simply to get to know you and your pets, answer your questions, and make sure you feel completely comfortable leaving them in our care.
